Delivery Wine

  1. Click the "Delivery" button in the wine card on the dashboard wine cellar page in the "My Wines" tab.

  2. Review the wine summary, which should include the wine description and other relevant information.

  3. Type the delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact information. If any of the information is incorrect, you should see an error message notification.

  4. The selected bill option should be displayed as the default. If you do not want to use the selected bill option, you can unselect it, and the same form as the delivery information will be displayed.

  5. Click the "Continue to Shipping" button to complete the delivery request. If the order is successful, you should see a message indicating that the order was placed, and the wine should be displayed with a pending status on the transaction page.

  6. After the delivery request has been placed, the delivery team should contact you to provide more details about the shipment, including quotes, delivery time, and any other relevant information based on the destination of your request. It is important to provide accurate and complete delivery information to ensure the delivery can be made smoothly.

    It is also a good idea to confirm the details of the delivery with the delivery team, including the cost of the shipment, the estimated delivery time, and any other important details. This will help you to have a clear understanding of the delivery process and ensure that the wine is delivered to the correct address within the agreed timeframe.
